To summarize, the combination of prebooking and a limited number of stops means that the travel time from the moment you get onto the shuttle untill the time you reach your destination can be up to 50% shorter.
In other words, to avoid delays and to make the trip pleasant for all we cannot afford to keep other shuttle passengers waiting. Please keep us updated about delays, lost luggage and similiar situations. Its important to realize that if you miss your transfer we cannot guarantee rate or your payment.

Finding the shuttle driver
Where to look for your driver
AT THE AIRPORT
Your driver will always be waiting inside the arrival hall just after you clear customs. Look for a welcome sign with our logo. On the other hand, if you chose your name or a different logo on the welcome sign look for that instead. If you cannot find your driver do not hesitate to call us.
AT A HOTEL
In any case please make yourself comfortable inside the lobby and, equally important, inform the front desk as to your whereabouts. In like manner the driver will check for you with the front desk. Finally, we kindly ask you respect the agreed transfer times or to advise of possible delays in advance. We will, by all means, try to help you find a solution with changes regarding your transportation needs. Given these points please understand that just like everywhere else you as a guest are exposed to being picked up, purposely or mistakenly by other services. The driver will always know your name or room number. When in doubt do not hesitate to call and check. We cannot guarantee your transportation, rate or payment if you use another transfer service.
OTHER ADDRESS
Firstly, the most important information, besides the exact address from which you are departing, is to provide a mobile number where you can be reached. Secondly, the car and driver will try to get as close to the main entrance as possible. Thirdly, the driver will know your name and your itinerary. If you are not sure call us to clarify any discrepancy. Please note that if you use any other transportation company we cannot guarantee your transfer rate or payment.
Luggage

HOW MUCH CAN YOU CARRY
Before you book please make a quick assesment of the amount of luggage you intend to carry. After all luggage is limited to a CABIN SIZE suitcase ( 55 cm / 20 in / 45 litres ) and a LARGE SIZE suitcase ( 74 cm / 27 in / 117 litres ). You should rather consider booking a private car transfer if your luggage exceeds the limit. Furthermore please note that with larger pieces, for example, bycicles, skis etc., you should consider booking a van. In any case, if you exceed the luggage limit without previous agreement it could result in delays and extra cost since a separate vehicle will be arranged.
